General Information and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the cickex online gaming platform ("cickex", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "player").

cickex is a secure and reliable online gaming platform that provides slot games, cricket betting, live casino, and many other gaming services for Bangla-speaking players in Bangladesh. By accessing and/or using the cickex website, you agree to these terms.

If any of your personal information changes, you must notify our support team immediately. Full responsibility for any complications arising from incorrect or false information rests with the user.

Age Verification and Eligibility

All cickex services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Use of the gaming platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• By registering an account, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age.
• cickex may request a government-issued identity document (national ID card or passport) for age verification at any time.
• cickex reserves the right to suspend deposits or withdrawals until age verification is completed.
• If a minor opens an account, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

The following rules apply to financial transactions on cickex:

4.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.2 Payment Methods

cickex currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT).

4.3 Transaction Terms

• Deposited funds must come only from the registered account holder's own payment method.
• Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are not permitted.
• cickex may hold suspicious transactions for investigation at any time.
• KYC verification may be required before a withdrawal.
• cickex will not be liable for delays caused by technical issues, but we will resolve any such problems as quickly as possible.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

cickex offers various types of bonuses and promotions. These bonuses are subject to specific conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 200% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before funds from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period. Unused bonuses expire at the end of that period.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed from multiple accounts.
• cickex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• VIP members will receive weekly cashback according to their tier, at varying rates from Bronze through Diamond.

Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cickex platform, and involvement in any such activity will result in immediate account closure:

• Money laundering or using funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Hacking, using bots, or applying automated software of any kind to the platform's software.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Fraudulent conduct toward other players or collusion.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Misleading or providing false information to cickex staff.
• Conducting any illegal activity through the platform.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.

cickex reserves the full right to cancel all related transactions and winnings and to take legal action against anyone engaged in any of the prohibited activities listed above.

Account Suspension and Closure

cickex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms is violated.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any earned funds must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Any bonus balance remaining at the time of closure will be cancelled within 30 days of account closure.

7.2 Break at Responsible Gaming Request

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the cickex website and platform — including logos, designs, software, graphics, text, audio, video, and databases — is the sole intellectual property of cickex.

• The names and logos of third-party game providers displayed on the platform (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe) are their own trademarks.
• Saving a single copy for personal use is permitted, but commercial use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cickex will not be liable for:

• Loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
• Disruption or loss caused by third-party services (payment providers, game developers).
• Loss arising from a failure to keep your account secure (where the responsibility is yours).
